Over the last year, we have seen the Scouting community come together, even while being physically apart, to bring solutions, relief and comfort to those in need. Scouting continues to be a vital partner for communities across the country.
BLUF: We can participate in all our usual activities. Masks should be brought to every event. Masks are not required for outdoor activities but social distancing is recommended.
Our annual Blue & Gold dinner is right around the corner - Feb 7, 6-8pm. A signup genius link was emailed out about a week ago, but in case you missed it it’s https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0B45A8A923A6FC1-blue4. Please RSVP yes or no so that we know how many plan to be there and can set up accordingly. This is a potluck so please sign up to bring in a dish hot or cold. This year’s entertainment will be provided by the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire and they will be putting on their “Mind Blowing Matter” show. It's interactive and the scouts will make something at the end that they can take with them.
A Pack 338 E-Blast went out earlier this week listing an event for Den 7 (the ‘Jamboree on the Internet’).
Just to clarify: this is an event for Den 7 Scouts only. I wish I could open up my home to the entire Pack, but I just don’t have the space (or the pizza budget)!
Please encourage and help your Scout to get out and sell popcorn! It is a rewarding experience. Please have them wear their uniform, and they must have an adult with them. If you have not received an order form, please email me at cquater@comcast.net. We should be receiving some from Council this week.
